When can I order a Popeyes Cajun-Style Turkey?
Cajun-style turkeys can be ordered on the Popeyes app and website starting Monday, October 19, 2026 until Thursday, November 19, 2026. Some restaurants may also have turkeys available for purchase in-restaurant. Contact your local restaurant about their in-restaurant availability.
Where can I buy a Popeyes Cajun-Style Turkey?
You can buy a Cajun-Style Turkey at participating Popeyes restaurants or pre-order through the Popeyes app or website for restaurant pickup. Turkeys will also be sold at participating Kroger-family grocery stores in select markets.

No. Cajun-Style Turkey is only available at participating restaurants, but most restaurants will have some available during the season. Cajun-style turkeys sell out quickly so we recommend ordering your turkey early! Digital pre-ordering is available at restaurants participating in the app and website turkey-ordering program. Select your local restaurant on the Popeyes app or website to see if they are available for digital pre-ordering, or call your local restaurant to check their in-restaurant availability.
Can I buy a Popeyes Cajun-Style Turkey at a grocery store?
Popeyes Cajun-Style Turkeys will be sold at participating Kroger-family stores, including Dillons, Fred Meyer, Food 4 Less, Fry’s, King Soopers, QFC, Roundy’s, and Smith’s, in select markets across 33 states. Contact the store to confirm availability. Grocery prices vary by division and are expected to range from $59.99 to $69.99.
Can I order a turkey in person?
Yes. Visit a participating Popeyes restaurant to ask about walk-in purchases or an in-restaurant reservation. Availability varies by restaurant.
When do I pay for an in-restaurant turkey reservation?
In-restaurant turkey reservations are paid for when you pick up your turkey.
Can I place an online turkey pre-order on or after November 19?
New turkey pre-orders through the Popeyes app and website close beginning November 19, 2026. Contact your local Popeyes about remaining in-restaurant availability.
Can I pick up my turkey after online pre-orders close?
Yes. If you placed your app or website order before November 19, you can still pick it up afterward on the pickup date selected in your order.

When can I pick up my online turkey order?
Pickup for app and website turkey pre-orders begins October 23, 2026. Pick up your confirmed order on the date you selected, at the restaurant where you placed the order.
Where do I pick up my turkey?
Pick up your turkey at the Popeyes restaurant selected in your order. Check your order details before traveling to the restaurant.
How do I pick up a turkey ordered through the Popeyes app or website?
On your scheduled pickup date, sign in to the Popeyes app or website and open Upcoming Orders. You can also find Upcoming Orders under My Orders in the menu.
Once you are at the restaurant, select Confirm Pick Up. Select Confirm Pick Up again when you are ready to speak with a team member. Show the collection confirmation page to the restaurant team to collect your turkey.
How can I view my turkey pre-order?
Popeyes Rewards account holders can sign in to the Popeyes app or website and view their turkey pre-orders under Upcoming Orders or at popeyes.com/manage-orders.
How can I check the restaurant’s opening hours?
Visit the Popeyes store locator and select the information icon for your restaurant to view its hours.
Will the restaurant contact me before pickup?
The restaurant may contact you using the phone number provided with your order or the email associated with your Popeyes Rewards account if there is an issue. If the restaurant does not contact you, proceed with pickup as scheduled.
What should I do if the restaurant cannot find my order or I have another order problem?
Call or visit the restaurant where you placed the order so the team can look it up. If the restaurant cannot resolve the issue, contact Popeyes Guest Care at popeyes.com/support.
Can I change my turkey pickup date or window?
Once you select a pickup window, it cannot be changed in the ordering system. If you cannot make your scheduled pickup date and are within seven days of pickup, contact the restaurant as soon as possible to discuss alternate arrangements.
What happens if I miss my scheduled pickup?
Contact the restaurant as soon as possible. If you have not collected your turkey within three days of your scheduled pickup and have not contacted the restaurant, the restaurant will consider your order forfeited.
What happens if the restaurant does not confirm my digital order?
Digital turkey orders that are not confirmed by the restaurant within 48 hours will be canceled and refunded.
Can I cancel my turkey order?
Once a turkey order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you have a problem with your order, contact the restaurant where you placed it.

How do I make Cajun-Style Gravy?
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons flour
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup turkey pan drippings
- 1 cup water
Directions
In a 2-quart saucepan, mix the flour, pepper, and 3 tablespoons of the drippings into a paste. Set the stovetop to medium-high and gradually whisk in the remaining drippings and water until smooth.
Continue whisking until the gravy reaches a full boil and thickens. Boil for 4–5 minutes, then serve with the turkey.
This recipe makes approximately 2 cups of gravy. Double the recipe to make 4 cups.

Can I earn points if I order without a Popeyes Rewards account or purchase in person?
No. Turkey orders placed without a Popeyes Rewards account and turkey orders placed in person are not eligible for points.
